Re Building it as our full time rig. Was already converted in 1979. Gutted and 30ft toy hauler camper gutted along side to combine best of appliances, interior, etc. Axle swaps, brake upgrades, and other mechanical feats.

The build

Layout

Design plan front to back; captain's quarters/cockpit with drop down bunk, full bath across from midpoint entry, full rv kitchen and dinette (will probably narrow the dinette slightly for more isle) slide out pantry across from fridge beside back bedroom door. Nearly 8ft long back room for babygirl (teen) closet/dresser one side bed across back vanity other side, U-shape layout (her design)

Electrical & solar

Complete system from toy hauler transplant, and mod for Lifepo4 & 2220w roof mount solar (6x370w)

Water & plumbing

All systems from toy hauler; Twin 33 (66gal) fresh 40 grey, 40 black.. maybe. (Considering compost or other alternative)

Heat & insulation

LP RV furnace and duct. Two Engine coolant heater cores, one small dash/defrost, one large custom piggyback on furnace. Three zone engine driven AC. Parking AC to be determined.
